the hotel is close to main attractions. hagia sofia is a short walk. breakfast included bread and honey. my family room was spacious enough for our needs. staff members were kind and helpful .
I found that the air conditioning wasn't working very well. I raised my concerns and the issues weren't solved completely.

The hotel had a superb location near historic landmarks. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they agreed to cancel a duplicate reservation at no cost. The location is near many main points such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.
The air conditioning did not work that well in my room. I repeatedly raised these concerns. Breakfast options were not extensive either for a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. Overall it was not a great experience.

my standard double or twin room was quite clean and well-kept. i appreciated the lift especially with my luggage. each day i received two complimentary bottles of mineral water. housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed towels.
i noticed a slight lack of variety in sweet options at breakfast but i always found something to enjoy.

The hotel's location is close to main attractions and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was big and kept clean daily. The hotel being quiet helped my baby sleep well at night.
The tea and coffee in my room were in paper cups, that isn't safe for hot drinks.
