superb location friendly staff poor air conditioning limited options
The hotel had a superb location near historic landmarks. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they agreed to cancel a duplicate reservation at no cost. The location is near many main points such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.
The air conditioning did not work that well in my room. I repeatedly raised these concerns. Breakfast options were not extensive either for a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. Overall it was not a great experience.

clean room well kept room complimentary water daily cleaning
my standard double or twin room was quite clean and well-kept. i appreciated the lift especially with my luggage. each day i received two complimentary bottles of mineral water. housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed towels.
i noticed a slight lack of variety in sweet options at breakfast but i always found something to enjoy.

the hotel offers a lift making it easier to manage luggage. rooms were modern and beautifully appointed containing all the amenities needed. the hotel provides accessible services to people who use wheelchairs making it inclusive.

the staff were very kind and polite assisting with any requests. i found them approachable and friendly helping with directions. the reception staff provided medical assistance promptly when i needed it.

The hotel's location is close to main attractions and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was big and kept clean daily. The hotel being quiet helped my baby sleep well at night.
The tea and coffee in my room were in paper cups, that isn't safe for hot drinks.

the location provides easy access to main attractions. the staff was very friendly. breakfast included a varied selection of cereals, fruits, cheeses, and breads. i found the hotel to be very clean and the room was super clean upon arrival.
the coffee in the room was not of very good quality.
